Production of livestock and poultry at carcass weight basis

Production of livestock and poultry for slaughter is an indicator characterizing the result of using of livestock and poultry for slaughter for meat. Total amount of production of livestock and poultry for slaughter is reported on dead weight basis and includes both livestock and poultry sold for slaughter and livestock and poultry slaughtered at farms, peasant farm enterprises, sole proprietorships and farm units of population.
