Indicator is based on the results of the sample survey of households' budgets addressing the end-year number of durable articles of a cultural and social nature owned by the households irrespectively to whether they were bought, created by the household members or received free. Indicator includes both working and broken articles pending current repair. Articles taken on hire or temporary use from relatives or acquaintance are excluded.
