The Central Bank of Venezuela is an entity of the State, with constitutional status, autonomous for the formulation and exercise of the policies of its competence with full public and private capacity, member of the National Public Power that exercises management functions of public interest in coordination with the general economic policy and is governed by the principles that govern the Public Administration.
