Yuvoh Analytics

Yuvoh data warehouse contains daily snapshots of all the airbnb properties since 2017 (we also have other real estate portals in other jurisdictions as well as full TripAdvisor data). Each day more than 6 million listings are scanned providing revenues, cash flows occupancy data across all the listings across the world. Every property availability calendar is recorded for 6 months. Thus, about 1 billion figures and data points are collected daily. This dataset keeps track of all the property attributes and their changes. Listing facets and amenities include: property type, location, bedrooms/bathrooms amount, capacity, host rating, parking lots and many others. Property availability calendar information can be broken down by any of the listing attributes and includes not only the availability state, but also the price for each day of the calendar. Which allows to see current statistics as well as historical or seasonal trends of costs. All this data could be useful for many things like consumer trends from hotels to Airbnb, covid shocks and bounce backs, local event spikes and much much more.
