Breach in the time series at 2015. Before 2015, questions regarding contact with siblings and parents were posed to everyone with siblings and parents who were alive. In 2015, only persons who did not live with these family members were asked these questions. To obtain comparable time series, persons who live with their parents or siblings in 2015 have been coded as though they report having frequent contact with these family members, i.e. that they are in contact with them at least once a month. This still results in some deviations between figures for 2015 and earlier figures, particularly in the youngest age group (16-24 years), among whom many live with their family.type of social contactLittle contact with parents, among those who have living parentsPercentage of persons that see their parents less frequently than every month.Little contact with siblingsPercentage of persons with siblings that see their siblings less frequently than every month.Little contact with their own childrenPercentage of persons with children who have left home, who see their children less frequently than every month.Little contact with friendsPercentage without close friends or who see their friends less frequently than every month.
